If you are in need of working papers, please email Michelle Fisher at mfisher@sau66.org and she will be able to set up an appointment with you to issue the working papers. You will need to have a job and an Employer Child labor form completed by the employer. The parent and child will need to sign in front of Ms.Fisher and will also need to have a copy of their birth certificate for age verification.
