HOPKINTON MIDDLE HIGH SCHOOL REDESIGN PROJECT

WHY THE REDESIGN?
The existing layout at HMHS fails to meet modern safety standards by allowing uncontrolled or minimally monitored access to the school's interior during school hours and by permitting visitors to enter the building before arriving at the office. To learn more about the project, please click on the link below.
Online Student and Family Registration Portal
The Hopkinton School District offers new students and families an online registration portal. Please click on the link provided and follow the steps to access the portal and complete the registration process. If you have specific questions or require further assistance, please contact our Registrar, Ms. Fisher, at 603-746-4167 or via email at mfisher@sau66.org.
Safe Schools Survey and opt-in form
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Hopkinton Middle High School is participating in a three-year pilot program that provides school-centered online therapy for students. The program is led and funded by Safe Schools New Hampshire, a nonprofit organization, and is offered at no cost to the district. Through this service, students can access licensed therapists within 7–10 days, rather than the typical 3–6 month wait.
As part of this pilot, Safe Schools New Hampshire is asking parents/guardians and students to complete brief annual surveys to measure awareness and perceptions of mental health resources over the three-year period. Our staff has reviewed the surveys and found the questions to be appropriate and relevant. The student survey includes 10 questions and is non-academic in nature.
New Hampshire law requires that we notify families of non-academic student surveys. Student participation is entirely voluntary, and students may skip any question. All responses are anonymous and submitted directly to Safe Schools New Hampshire. A copy of the surveys are linked below for your review.
You have the right to opt your child in or out of this survey. If you would like your student(s) to participate, please complete the opt-in form. While participation is optional, the feedback collected will help improve mental health programming for students statewide.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Thank you,
Chris Kelley, HMHS Principal
